Shipping Policy

The Backyard Garden Club currently ships orders within the United States.

Orders totaling $49.99 or less are charged a flat $6.99 Standard Shipping rate. Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

We aim to process and prepare orders as quickly as possible. Shipping and delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

“If your package arrives damaged, leaking, or with an incorrect item, please contact us at hello@thebackyardgardenclub.com within 3 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the package and product.”

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery delays are generally outside of our control, but we will assist whenever possible.
